Congratulations! West Academy has accepted your student-athlete for the TRAVEL Team for the 2025 Spring/Summer Season. This packet contains important information below and we encourage you to carefully review.

PLAYER AND PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Carefully read the West Academy Guidelines & Expectations.
Complete the West Academy Player Registration Form. This is required for new and returning players. Please submit by Friday, March 7, 2025.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATION

West Academy strives to keep our program affordable. The total for our TRAVEL Teams this season is $1,200.

Expenses include the following:

Gym Rental
Coach/Club Fees
Tournaments
Hotels

PLEASE NOTE: Flights are not covered and are to be purchased separately from club fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Uniforms are purchased separately from club fee. These must be purchased when indicated by the Director of West Academy.

Payment Plans

We offer different methods of payment. Please visit our Pricing Plans webpage to select a payment plan that is best for your family. First payment is due Friday, March 7, 2025. Final payment is due by Friday, June 6, 2025.

Financial Hardship

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please know that you can freely discuss this, or any matter privately and in confidence with a member of the West Academy Administrative Team.

Scholarships

PRACTICE DATES AND LOCATIONS

Practices begin the week of March 10th.

Practices will be held twice per week for 1.5 hours. Our season is from March - July.

8TH GRADE BOYS (BLACK)

DAYS: Mondays & Wednesdays

TIME: 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

LOCATION: North Thurston High School Main Gym

17u BOYS

DAYS: Tuesdays & Thursdays

TIME: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
